Our Policy

Order Cancellations

After purchase, we allow our customers a 2-hour window of cancellation. After 2 hours, a $5 fee will be applied. We start working on your order right after purchase, so the fee will go toward the artist.

Photo Changes

We allow photo changes up to 2 hours after purchase! Anything after is not guaranteed, as we get started on your order right after purchase. Please email us at support@dortrait.com see if we can still swap the photo on your order.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please email us! More than anything, we want to make it right for you. Please be advised though that because of the nature of our custom products, we do not do refunds.
